The LARGE (20oz) bouquet includes: 
⭐️ 20oz dishwasher safe mug
⭐️ 2 energy gel packets
⭐️ 1 sports beans packet
⭐️ 1 6.5 ounce jar of peanut butter
⭐️ 1 packet of epsom salt mineral bath soak
⭐️ pain relieving gel packets
- 2 stickers
- 2 blister bandages
- 2 packets of petroleum jelly
- 1 packet of hydration multiplier electrolyte drink mix
- 1 lip balm with SPF 15 
- 1 Butt Napkin
- 1 spiral hair tie

The SMALL (15oz) bouquet includes:
⭐️ 15oz dishwasher safe mug
⭐️ 1 energy gel packet
⭐️ 1 packet of epsom salt mineral bath soak
⭐️ 1 sport cryotherapy spray
- 2 stickers
- 2 blister bandages
- 2 packets of petroleum jelly
- 1 packet of hydration multiplier electrolyte drink mix
- 1 lip balm with SPF 15 
- 1 Butt Napkin
- 1 spiral hair tie
